LicenseKeep collects and securely stores the information necessary to provide our continuing education and compliance tracking services. This includes:

• Account Profile Data: Your name, email address, and professional designation.
• License and CE Records: Renewal dates, required hours, logged continuing education (CE) credit entries, and sub-category progress.
• Uploaded Files: Optional certificate files (e.g., PDFs or images) you upload as proof of CE completion.

2. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party infrastructure to securely operate LicenseKeep. We do not sell your personal data to data brokers or use it for advertising tracking.

• Supabase: Used for secure user authentication, database management, and encrypted file storage for your uploaded certificates.
• Stripe: Used for processing subscription billing securely. LicenseKeep does not store or have direct access to your full credit card details.
• Resend: Used exclusively to deliver transactional emails and automated renewal deadline reminders.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained only for as long as you maintain an active account. You have full control over your data at all times. To request a complete export of your records, or the permanent deletion of your account and all associated files, please use the "Delete Account" function within the app settings or contact us directly at support@licensekeep.space.
